Cross-border Shipping Fees

Applicable for orders: 0kg – 4kg ..................... FREE
🚢 Sea Shipping (20-30 days)
Applicable for orders: 4kg – 30kg ..................... FREE

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order ships. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Within 48 hours of shipment, you can track your package via the tracking service’s website (Tracking Number).

When Will My Order Ship?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: Typically 3–5 business days; 7–10 business days during peak seasons. This includes product preparation, quality control, and packaging—separate from shipping time.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary based on product availability.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Will I Have to Pay International Taxes and Duties?
We do not charge any hidden fees, as all international import duties and taxes are included in our product prices (shipping fees are not included). The total amount you pay at checkout is the sum of the product price (with taxes covered) and the separately calculated shipping fee, with no extra costs incurred upon delivery.

Customs regulations differ across regions, and while we take care of all related tax fees, you may contact your local customs office for further details on their policies. NookBricks is not liable for any rare delays caused by customs processing procedures.
Shipping Information Verification
When placing an order, use the billing address and contact details matching your credit card statement. Mismatched information may delay your order pending verification.

Double-check zip codes, cities, and states for accuracy. Incorrect shipping details may require us to contact you for updates, causing delays.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses?
We generally do not ship to regular PO Boxes (for personal or business use). However, standard shipping is available for military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) covered by major carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx, as well as authorized government PO Boxes.

Please provide accurate and up-to-date shipping details (including a valid phone number) to avoid delivery issues. If packages are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, customers will be responsible for all shipping and return charges.
Tracking Your Order
All parcels are trackable online. After shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link(Tracking Number).

Track orders via your account or contact our customer team for assistance.

Add us to your email contacts and check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you don’t receive updates within 3 days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items Received
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact our customer service immediately with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it promptly.
Missing Items in Your Order
Items may ship separately due to different stock arrivals. Check your email for notifications about split shipments. Contact us with questions.
