Due to widespread smuggling activities on vessels bound for Australia, all related shipments have been subject to intensified customs inspections, which has indirectly affected our parcels. Customs clearance inspections frequently take up to one month or longer.
We previously suspended sea‑shipping service to Australia because of these unpredictable delays. Many of you reached out and shared that air‑shipping costs are unaffordable, and you wish to have free sea shipping available again.
We are officially re‑enabling sea shipping for Australia. Please read carefully and select your shipping option according to your own schedule.
Available Shipping Options:
Sea Shipping (Free of charge) Estimated transit time: 2‑3 months. This option is completely free, but long customs inspection delays are possible and outside our control.
Air Shipping Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time: around 15 days.
⚠️ Important Reminder Once you select free sea shipping, please fully accept its long‑lead nature. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Australian customs inspection procedures. Please do not hold us liable for sea‑shipping delays.
Goodwill Compensation for Past Delayed Orders For Australian orders placed on or before September 30 that experienced delays via sea shipping: you are eligible for a one‑time 20%‑off discount code.
To claim your discount code: Contact us via email or our website live‑chat support. Please provide your Shopify order number (example: shopify20269999). We will send your discount code after verification.
