Cancellation Policy
Our store offers two order types: Direct Purchase (in-stock items) and Pre-Order (out-of-stock or upcoming items). Below are the cancellation rules for each:
1. Direct Purchase Orders
Direct Purchase applies to items currently in stock:
- We will process and ship your order within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation (processing time may be extended during peak seasons or holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Cancellation:
- To cancel or modify your order, please contact us at service@nookbricks.com before your package is shipped.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. For post-shipment returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Pre-Order
Pre-Order applies to out-of-stock items or upcoming new products:
- Full payment will be collected at checkout (some items may offer a deposit option as specified on the product page).
- You will receive an email notification when your pre-ordered item arrives at our warehouse.
- We will ship your order within 3-5 business days after the item arrives in stock, and you will receive tracking information via email.
Cancellation:
- You may contact us at service@nookbricks.com to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund (including any deposit paid) before the item is shipped.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled once shipped. For returns after shipment, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Important Notes:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to service@nookbricks.com with your order number.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
