A: No stress! Take photos of the damaged package and product, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send you a free replacement or give a full refund—you don’t even need to send the broken one back.
A: Sure! You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We’ll give you a full refund, but you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
A: Once we get your returned item (or approve your damage claim), refunds take 3-5 business days to show up in your account—depends on your bank, but it’s usually quick.
