Returns
- If you want to cancel the order, it is important to be done before shipment.
- If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse to sign for it when it arrives, but please return it to us in its original condition (unused and unopened).
- If there are any quality issues with the item as a result of our error, you will be eligible for an exchange within 30 days of order delivery.

· Order & Checkout
A: Super easy! Just add what you want to your cart, click the cart icon in the top right, then hit "Checkout". Fill in your shipping info, pick a payment method, and confirm—you’ll get an order confirmation email right away.

A: Only if you act fast! We can tweak it within 1 hour of payment—just email us your order number and what you need to change. Once we start prepping your order (usually after 1 hour), we can’t modify it anymore.

A: We ship to most countries! During checkout, enter your address, and we’ll show you if we ship there and the shipping cost. If your country isn’t listed, email us—we might be able to arrange it.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

A: Each display case has a "Fits" label (like "Fits LEGO 10279") on its product page. There’s also a compatibility list there—if your set isn’t on it, shoot us an email with your set number, and we’ll help you pick.
A: Most items are in stock! If something’s out of stock, it’ll say "SOLD OUT" on the product page. We usually restock within 2 weeks—you can sign up for restock alerts too.
A: We do! For custom sizes, just leave a note in your order with the dimensions you need, or email us before buying. Custom orders take 3-5 extra days to ship.
· Returns & Refunds
A: No stress! Take photos of the damaged package and product, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send you a free replacement or give a full refund—you don’t even need to send the broken one back.
A: Sure! You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We’ll give you a full refund, but you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
A: Once we get your returned item (or approve your damage claim), refunds take 3-5 business days to show up in your account—depends on your bank, but it’s usually quick.

A: Nope! You can check out as a guest. But making an account is handy—it lets you track orders, save addresses, and see your order history easily.
