Returns & Refunds

A: Each display case has a "Fits" label (e.g., "Fits LEGO® 10279") and a compatibility list on its product page.
If your set isn’t listed, email us your set number for help. - Q: Is there free shipping?
A: Yes! Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $60. For orders under $60, a $5-15 shipping fee will be
calculated at checkout based on package weight. - Q: What if my order arrives broken?
A:Take photos of the damaged package and product, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the
issue for you based on the specific situation - Q: Can I change my order (like address or items) after paying?
A:Modifications are only possible before the order is shipped—email us your order number and the changes you need.
